We pride ourselves in using safe and effective treatment methods. Chiropractic treatment is multi-faceted, its aim is to restore proper function and balance, thus enabling the body to heal itself and help preventing further damage. The Chiropractor locates and corrects joint Dysfunction, relaxes tight muscles and gives advice on home exercises and ergonomics.

Techniques Used
There are many varied techniques in Chiropractic. The intent is the same however the means may vary. This diversity caters for the fact that we are all individuals and that we should approach our health care in general as individuals. With this in mind a singular Chiropractic Technique may result in a different response in two different individuals who may otherwise present in a similar way.

Here is a summary of some of the main Techniques practiced by the chiropractors at the Health on Hand Clinics. They can be practices on a stand-alone basis or in combination.
